Punjabi Masterclass – Cooking Class at Zouk (25th October)
Spice up your cooking skills with Zouk’s Punjabi Masterclass, a hands-on half-day experience that celebrates the rich flavours of Northern India. Starting at 10am with a welcome chai, you’ll learn to prepare authentic Punjabi favourites with step-by-step tuition from our expert chefs.
On the menu:
✨ Starters – Samosa Chaat, Char-grilled Lamb Chops & Punjabi Chicken Lollipops
✨ Mains – Chicken Jalfrezi & Lamb Karahi
✨ Sides – Pilau Rice & freshly made Naan (chef demo)
You’ll get your own cooking station, guided tuition, and plenty of tips and tricks along the way. The class finishes with a banquet-style feast where you can enjoy all the dishes you’ve created, plus a certificate, apron, and recipe pack to take home.
