About this Event
As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse, the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body.
A completely improvised live music journey by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. Voluntary guided movement led by guest facilitator Collette Elosha, crystal bowls and a breakout circle with Kristina Mancilla, open-floor ecstatic dance, an ambient sound bath, and facilitated integration. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome.
Doors 5:45 PM, opening circle 6:15 PM. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
Presale here or at humanedesignglobal.com, or pay what you can at the door ($11–$111 sliding scale).
Tickets are also available at humanedesignglobal.com/events/pulse-live-10-17-26.
