About this Event
Does the thought of public speaking make you feel nervous, resistant or uncomfortable?
This Saturday workshop invites you to explore public speaking from a different angle. Instead of focusing only on performance, technique or confidence tricks, we will begin with writing, reflection and curiosity.
What happens when you imagine speaking in front of others? What do you fear? What would you like to be able to say more clearly? What might change if you thought of it as simply “speaking in public”?
Through guided writing prompts and gentle practice, you will have space to explore your relationship with being seen and heard.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to feel more comfortable expressing themselves in front of others — whether in meetings, groups, events, conversations or everyday life.
No experience is needed, and there will be no pressure to perform.
No writing skills needed — just curiosity and an open mind.
