About this Event
The Forest Gate Festival is an annual summer celebration of the best in our community. Organised by residential volunteers from the area, it brings together a wide range of stalls including artists, creators & makers, performers, and a wide range of street food.
We have a limited number of places for stalls in the following categories :

Antique and Vintage Homeware • Ceramics and Homeware • Art and Design • Floristry & Plants • Clothing (Children’s & Adults) • Jewellery • Health & Beauty • Handmade Gifts & Toys • Music • Fresh Produce & Preserves • Face Painting • Local Community Groups & Charities
FOOD AND DRINK BOOKING:
Hot Food/Street Food • Cakes • Baked Goods • Cold Drinks (non-alcoholic)• Hot Drinks: Chai Coffee/Tea

Stalls include ground space only - you must supply your own table, and if you need it your own gazebo/power & equipment. To be mindful of other stall holders please arrange with us directly for permission for any sound equipment including speakers/music/microphones. The use of megaphones is not allowed, and the sales of silly string & snaps/bangers is prohibited.
Max pitch size is 3x3 metres. Stalls will sit on the pavement; overhang to the road (over curb) is allowed up to 3m of your pitch space, if required.
For any food and drink applicants, you must be able to demonstrate proof of Public Liability Insurance & all relevant licences & hygiene certificates within two weeks of stall booking being complete to secure your booking on the day. Please note your details will be shared with the local authorities.
This is a community-run event organised by volunteers and 100% of proceeds from bookings after fees from Eventbrite go straight back into future festivals! Please note there are no refunds on stall bookings.
