Puberty brings big changes, big feelings, and lots of questions. And sometimes, knowing how to start the conversation is the hardest part.
Puberty: You Got This! is a fun, interactive workshop fortweens ages 9–13 and their parent or trusted adult. Together, you’ll learn what to expect during puberty, talk about bodies and emotions, practice real-life skills, and open the door to conversations that can continue long after the workshop ends.
My goal is simple: help tweens feel informed and confident about growing up, while helping parents become the trusted adults they can turn to with questions along the way.
Growing up is full of change, possibility, and a few awkward moments. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Special Introductory Price: $20 per parent/tween pair
