About this Event
UNDELIVERABLE investigates the hidden system behind America's doorstep delivery economy, and the workers and independent delivery contractors carrying the cost of our demand for speed and convenience.
Amazon packages arrive on millions of doorsteps every day. But many of the drivers behind the wheel aren't actually Amazon employees.
Undeliverable goes inside the Delivery Service Partner system to examine the businesses and people responsible for getting those packages through the final mile - and asks who ultimately bears the financial and human cost of the convenience consumers have come to expect.
Through firsthand accounts, interviews and investigation, the film explores a system largely invisible to the customers who depend upon it.
