These private and semi-private sound baths include immersive sound healing, Reiki, aromatherapy, optional herbal support, shamanic energy clearing, and spoken word poetry. Each session is individually tailored to you.
This is a small-group experience held in a private home studio in Sherwood Park, with a maximum of four guests per session to keep the space personal and intentional.
Email [email protected] set up date and time and to let me know if you plan to bring any guests (up to four total participants). There is no additional cost for extra guests — I simply need to prepare the space accordingly before you arrive.

Sessions are 1.5-2hrs in length.
