About this Event
We're pleased to share a first look at the programme for this year's Private Client Conference.
Bringing together leading barristers, solicitors and industry experts, this year's conference will explore some of the key developments shaping private client practice, with a focus on practical issues that practitioners are increasingly encountering in their day-to-day work.
Sessions will cover topics including:
- AI-generated evidence, deepfakes and fraud risks in estate disputes.
- Difficult people and guerilla tactics.
- Estate planning where a client has lost capacity to make a will or gift.
- Progressing claims after death.
- The increasingly important crossover between family law and private client disputes.
The conference will also see the return of our popular Pitch to Partners session, where junior barristers will go head-to-head, persuading a panel of leading partners that their chosen case has been the most significant of the past year.
Over the coming weeks, we'll be introducing our speakers and taking a closer look at each session, giving you an insight into the topics and practical issues that will be explored throughout the day.
Whether you're looking to keep abreast of legal developments, enhance your practice or reconnect with colleagues from across the profession, we look forward to welcoming you in October.
