About this Event
A customer tells you they're leaving. But rewind a few months, and the signs were staring you in the face.
Maybe product usage had dropped, or their champion wasn't showing up to meetings. A competitor might have even started cropping up in calls...
For many teams, the tricky part is spotting those signals while there's still time to act.
That's what we'll be exploring in our next Sessions...with scale event. We'll look at how RevOps and Customer Success teams can bring customer data together, identify the signals that matter and build processes to catch churn risk earlier.
Retention will also get some TLC. Throughout the session, we'll tackle what it looks like in 2026 across different commercial models, from high-touch enterprise SaaS and traditional subscriptions to usage-based pricing, services and hybrid models.
Our aim is for you to leave with a clear, confident idea of how to build a churn-prevention engine for your business and how sophisticated it needs to be.
