Course Description
This one‑day workshop is designed for learners at all levels who need the knowledge and skills to design and deliver effective presentations.
The session covers how to structure a presentation, prepare content, engage with an audience, and manage nerves. Learners will explore techniques for using visual aids, handling challenging audiences, and presenting with confidence and clarity.
Participants must bring a completed 5‑minute presentation to deliver on the day, where they will receive constructive feedback to support their development.

By the end of this training, learners will be able to:
- Design and structure a clear, engaging presentation that meets audience needs and expectations.
- Prepare effectively for presentation delivery, including planning key messages, content flow, and supporting materials.
- Use visual aids confidently and appropriately to enhance audience understanding.
- Deliver a presentation using effective communication skills, including voice, body language, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Recognise common causes of presentation anxiety and apply techniques to manage nerves effectively.
- Respond appropriately to audience questions and manage challenging or difficult audience behaviours.
- Reflect on feedback to improve personal presentation style and future performance.
