What we’ll cover
- The 10 stages of construction. Icon Construction & Development walks through each stage, from site prep to final walkthrough, and what your buyer sees along the way.
- Lending options for presale buyers. Sunflower Bank covers extended rate locks for the length of the build, permanent and temporary rate buydowns, and how builder incentives can be applied.
- Title and closing considerations. Chicago Title explains what’s different when your buyer closes on new construction.
