About this Event
Prep + Practice is a facilitated space designed for intermediate and advanced Bharatanatyam dancers looking to return to their training and maintain a regular practice alongside peers.
Led by artist, teacher, and choreographer Atri Nundy,the program returns for its third year with a continued emphasis on technical foundations, stamina, and safe-dance practices.
Open to dancers from all banis, the sessions move through Prep: which consists of comprehensive warm-ups and form-focused exercises, and Practice: which focuses on exploratory adavu work and jati/sequence building.

🌿 Accessibility & Transportation
The Citadel is located at 304 Parliament St. Limited street parking is available, so we recommend arriving a bit early to find a spot or considering public transportation.
The 505 East bound Dundas streetcar will take you closest to the building.
Please note there are no refunds, if you can't attend we'd be happy to transfer your ticket to another date!
