Prepare your mind, body, & heart to connect with your little one before they enter this world.
This class blends in breathwork techniques for birth and weaves in meditation.
Participate in a gentle flow and build up strength before birth (it may be different each week for you). Our yoga sequence will incorporate, seated poses, tabletop work and standing poses.
Each class will finish with pelvic floor awareness exercises to prepare for birth. We will close class with a savasana side-lying on your mat or seated (based on comfort).
Leave feeling part of a community and lighter from any worries you may have. Work towards facilitating a calm & peaceful birth. Feel confident in your ability to birth no matter what that may look like. You are BUILT TO BIRTH.
