Prenatal and New Mom Mat Pilates Social

We’d love for you to join us for a morning of movement, connection, and a little mama-to-mama time! Whether you’re a new mom or preparing to welcome your little one, this is a chance to slow down, move your body, and connect with other amazing women in the same season of life.

Enjoy a 45-minute mat Pilates class led by local instructor (and mama-to-be!) Courtney Garcia. After class, stick around to mingle, make new connections, and take home some special goodies from brands we love, including Pure Mama, Solara Suncare, Facial Lounge, and more!
