Into Me You See – A Ceremony of Sacred Connection with Sarah Evangelista

Join Sarah for a deeply grounding experience that blends mindfulness, ceremonial cacao, sound healing and a gentle ritual.
These heart-based practices help participants soften their defenses and reconnect to authentic intimacy—with themselves and others.
The flow of the evening includes:
Grounding meditation + invocation
Soulful guided inquiry
Cacao + sound journey to support emotional integration
Closing circle of reflection + connection
Sarah's ceremonies are trauma-informed, welcoming, and designed to meet people wherever they are on their journey—with no pressure to share, just an invitation to feel.
