KAM DOVEDI
Kam Dovedi is a highly respected UK Leading Property Expert who has been investing for over 29 Years. Having survived and thrived in 3 of the UK's Largest Recessions, Kam is highly acclaimed for how he is able to find the adapt to and predict what is going to happen next in the Property Market and how to profit from the challenges and opportunities that arise.
He has implemented and still does implement a variety of property investing strategies successfully, such as: buy to lets, HMOs, Permitted Developments, New Builds, Commercial Conversions, Title Splits & Serviced Accommodation.
Kam does now have a Significant Multi-Million Pound Property Portfolio, but it wasn't always like that (that's a story for another day).
He's passionate about property, and how it can change peoples lives for the better, which is why he believes in sharing proven information with you, that you can actually use to move forward.
Tony Walker
Tony Walker is the founder of Help Build & The Refurb Calculator, we specialise estimating, cost & management consultancy supporting property developers, contractors, and self-builders across the UK. With over 18 years’ experience in construction, Tony has priced, budgeted, and advised on hundreds of residential & commercial projects ranging from refurbishments and extensions to full new-build schemes. The reason I promote accuracy is because I have lived and breathe construction, I understand building. I have won, managed and delivered multiple projects so I understand what it takes to budget and deliver.
Adam Robbins
I’m an RIBA/ARB architect with 18 years’ experience within the architecture and construction industry. Historically, I worked as a carpenter/cabinet maker for 2-3 years between my Part 1 and Part 2 architectural studies, this gave me a great insight into working on construction sites and the problem-solving skills required to ensure project are deliverable both from a design and buildability perspective. I have worked mainly in the residential architecture field for the past 15 years working at a small practice in Hertfordshire for 10 years. I worked there as an architectural assistant initially, before becoming a director in 2016. I completed a further 5 years at that practice completing approximately 200 projects across varying work stages working on project varying from £100k-£3.5M.
I set up Araco Design Studio Architects Ltd in 2021, we are residential architecture practice with a team of 5, focusing on high end residential projects. We take projects from inception to completion – we closely monitor our projects on site to ensure that our designs are completed to achieve high quality of workmanship. Personally, I love following the process from beginning to end as you get to deal with a variety of trades, engineers, and other design professional that are all required to complete any project to a high-level finish. I pride myself on my eye for detail, creative design, problem solving and thinking through how you can make challenging design proposals work in reality.
John Phillips
Founded Kingswood in 1997 and since then have helped innumerable Developers and Investors to raise the Finance they require. Loan sizes from £100k to £100m and for all types of Properties and Projects.
