About this Event
When: Wednesdays weekly *term time only* 12.30pm - 13.30pm
Dates: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th June & 1st, 8th July
About the class: The classes are 45 minutes of movement and 15 minutes for a drink, a snack and a chat.
Booking: Spaces are limited to 6 people and you are signing up to do a block of 6 classes.
Where: Learning Lodge, Pimp Hall Nature Reserve, off Kings Road, Chingford, E47HR [sessions are held indoors]
Level: No previous yoga experience required, all levels of fitness welcome.
Who is it for: for those who are pregnant - 12 weeks onwards.
What to bring: yourself in a comfortable set of clothes. All equipment, mat etc will be provided.
