A 6 week pregnancy yoga course in Liverpool Womens Hospital.
The ability to ground, centre and relax yourself in pregnancy is a real gift to you and your baby.
Yoga, breath work, visualisation and relaxation to help you to enjoy your pregnancy and prepare positively for birth.
In each session we will move, stretch, align and strengthen the body. We will learn different breathing techniques to help keep stress levels low and connect you deeply to your body and to your baby. Deep relaxation will be a healing and nurturing part of each session.
Pelvic mobility and stability is important. Abdominal elasticity and pelvic floor tone really matters. We will align the body weekly and avoid all kinds of aches and pains!
This is much more than a pregnancy yoga class - this is a comprehensive pregnancy course to help you enjoy this time as you grow strong and healthy over these very special 9 months.
My classes have been running in Liverpool for over 21 years and I am passionate about pregnancy, birth preparation and the benefits for mums to be, of deep body connection. I am also an experienced doula and have been to many, many births and I bring a lot of this experience in the sessions. I am passionate about motherhood and its ever changing landscape.
