Pre-Holiday Nervous System ResetMove. Breathe. Release. Reset.
Before the holiday season fills your calendar with commitments, celebrations, and endless to-do lists, give yourself something just as important — time to slow down, reconnect, and recharge.
Join Chris Clarke and Melissa Zeno for a unique mind-body wellness experience designed to help you release accumulated tension, quiet mental noise, and enter the holiday season feeling more grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
We'll begin with a 2-hour guided Active Myofascial Stretching class led by Chris, combining gentle stretching and mindful movement to support mobility, flexibility, and muscle function while encouraging your body to release tension.
Then, transition into a 50-minute immersive 9D Breathwork Nervous System Reset led by Melissa of Luv and Above. Through intentional breathing, immersive sound, and guided relaxation, you'll have an opportunity to let go of stress, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm.
The holidays can be beautiful, but they can also bring added pressure, expectations, and emotional overwhelm. This experience is an invitation to take care of yourself before the busyness begins, rather than waiting until you're completely exhausted.
You can't control everything happening around you, but you can create space to choose how you respond.
Give yourself permission to pause. To breathe. To simply be.
Step into the holiday season feeling lighter, more centered, and better equipped to enjoy the moments that matter most.
