About this Event
A 50-hour, five-day pranayama teacher training that brings together Tamil Siddha tradition, modern breathing physiology, and peer-reviewed clinical research. Each day includes live virtual morning practice, in-person studio lectures and discussion, guided practice from Mind Your Breathing, and supervised peer teaching. Trainees read and present published research, learn contraindications and responsible teaching, and design and teach their own breathing module based on a Thirukkural chapter, modeled on Breathe a Little Better. Graduates receive a PranaScience certificate of completion. The training is suitable for yoga teachers, yoga therapists, healthcare professionals, and dedicated practitioners. The course is eligible for CE hours from IAYT and Yoga Alliance.
