About this Event
About the evening
Every breath you take ends up in the same place: tiny structures inside your cells called mitochondria. They turn oxygen into the energy that powers your heart, your muscles and your mind. As we age, they change. And so does how far, how fast and how long we can go.
You can't feel that happening. But you can measure it. VO2 max, the amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise, is one of the clearest windows we have into how well you are ageing from the inside out.
For one evening at MORROW Medical, MitoQ's Chief Scientific Officer Dr Siobhan Mitchell and MORROW Medical's Medical Director Dr Ari Sahebkashaf bring the science and the clinic together. Two focused talks, one open Q&A, and a clearer picture of the number behind your next decades. Then stay for a tour of MORROW, canapés, and conversation.
What you'll walk away with
- The cell-level story of energy. What mitochondria do, why they decline with age, and how that shows up in everyday stamina.
- Why VO2 max matters. How doctors use it as an objective measure of cardiorespiratory fitness, and why it is so closely tied to healthy ageing.
- A clearer way to track your own longevity. How MORROW Medical looks beyond a single test to assess health more comprehensively.
- Answers to your questions. A joint Q&A with both speakers, plus a complimentary MORROW day pass.
