Are you curious about your body’s movement, posture, and performance? Join us for a Comprehensive Assessment Day at our clinic, led by our osteopaths and strength coach.

Our team will help you understand your body from every angle. Here’s what you can expect:

Postural & Movement Analysis

• Full postural assessment to identify imbalances or misalignments.
• Movement screening to see how your joints, muscles, and core work together.
• Recommendations to correct posture and improve overall movement efficiency.

Strength & Functional Assessment

• Evaluation of muscular strength, endurance, and stability.
• Functional testing to identify weaknesses that could lead to injury.

Osteopathic Assessment

• Guidance on manual therapies, stretching, and recovery techniques.
• Advice on exercises to enhance performance and prevent injury.

Lifestyle & Recovery Insights:

• Tips on optimising recovery and training habits.
• Individualised strategies to improve flexibility, posture, and resilience.

• Quick Screenings: Short, 10–15 min sessions for attendees to get an overview of their posture and movement.
• Q&A Corner: Ask our osteopaths and strength coach anything about pain, performance, or fitness.

This is more than just a health check—it’s a chance to understand your body, prevent injuries, and improve your performance, whether you’re an athlete or simply want to move better in daily life.
