Birth is one day. Postpartum is the foundation for everything that follows. This hands-on postpartum recovery workshop helps expecting parents prepare for the often-overlooked fourth trimester with real tools, evidence-based education, and holistic support.
Led by two experienced postpartum doulas, Angelina Schneider and Leanna Hyndman, alongside craniosacral and massage therapist Jojo Williams, this class blends evidence-based postpartum education, Ayurvedic postnatal principles, whole-body nourishment, and therapeutic bodywork. You will leave this postpartum doula workshop with everything you need to build a personalized postpartum plan for healing, recovery, and your growing family.
In this postpartum planning workshop, you'll:
- Learn what to expect physically and emotionally during postpartum recovery
- Build a practical, personalized postpartum plan
- Explore Ayurvedic principles for postpartum nourishment and healing
- Understand how partners and support people can play a vital role in postpartum support
After the educational portion, stay for an interactive Q&A and a calming introduction to craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT) and other therapeutic bodywork modalities.
