About this Event
In this creative and reflective workshop, we'll look back over the past three months of summer and explore what the season has taught us about self-care. What has restored you? What have you needed more or less of? And what lessons would you like to take forward?
Through guided reflective writing prompts and collage, you'll create your own postcard from summer, capturing the memories, reflections and lessons you want to hold onto as the season comes to a close.
What to expect
We'll begin with a gentle group check-in before moving into guided reflective writing and collage-making. There will also be an opportunity to share and reflect together at the end of the session.
No writing or artistic experience is needed. All materials will be provided.
