Portsmouth I am coming to deliver another signature football fitness masterclass! Come and join me on Sunday 27th June as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work! I can't wait to see you! Portsmouth I want you to bring your best game! Bring the energy and the right attitude! What to expect at the session -
- Coach Josh delivering a signature masterclass in football
- 2 hours of high level football & fitness coaching
- High intensity football drills and match play
- Q + A with coach Josh
Time - 10am - 12pm
Location - Goals Portsmouth (PO3 6QA)
What to wear - Football training kits + Shin pads + moulded studs or astroturfs
