Master Houman will lead a special Poomsae seminar focused on detailed techniques to help students improve their performance for Competition, Belt testing, and everyday Taekwondo classes. This seminar is open to all Taekwondo participants who are Red Belt and above. Full uniform is required. Please bring a water bottle and a protein snack, and come ready to sharpen your technique, improve your precision, and take your Poomsae to the next level. Be ready to train hard!
