We’ll begin poolside at Lector 85 with a 45-minute yoga class led by Yoga Loft Tampa. Enjoy mindful movement, gentle stretching, and breathwork in a beautiful outdoor setting designed to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Following yoga, guests will transition to beem® Light Sauna for a reserved 40-minute infrared sauna session in a private suite. Take time to unwind, recharge, and experience how yoga and infrared sauna can complement one another as part of your wellness and recovery routine.
