The Saturday reset you didn't know you needed is happening in Markham, and there are Pomsky puppies involved.
Welcome to Pomsky Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Markham. This is one hour of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga shared with a small group of Pomsky puppies who have absolutely no regard for your flow sequence and every intention of sitting on your face.
Pomskies are the fluffy, bright-eyed result of a Husky and a Pomeranian deciding to collaborate, and the outcome is exactly as chaotic and charming as it sounds.
Here's how the hour breaks down:
- 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
- 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
- 5 minutes of sharing circle
Why people keep coming back
Puppy yoga in Markham does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, tucks itself against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. No performance, no pressure, just movement and warmth and a very fluffy dog who thinks your yoga mat is a bed.
A note on Pomsky puppies
Pomskies are energetic, curious, and deeply social little dogs. They tend to be playful and bold, with the Husky's love of activity and the Pomeranian's affectionate streak. Expect zoomies, unexpected lap visits, and a level of eye contact that feels almost personal.
Families and kids
This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care.
Mats provided. No experience needed. Whether you've been doing yoga for years or you're showing up for the puppies and the puppies alone, you'll fit right in.
