Join Lucy B for a workshop exploring play in pratice followed by a big lie down
Sunday 22nd 2-4pm @ Substation, Brixton
Play m Pause is a playful practice, with some complex silly poses broken down, and some time to play with them!
We will wiggle and warm up, have a play, try going upside down if we fancy it and then have a big lie down!
What is does it include
-Biscuits,
-Wiggly movement.
-Vinyasa Yoga
-Worskshopping complex poses with a chance to try going upside down if you fancy it!
-A big lie down!
This workshop is for all levels and experinces.
Useful To Know
-The studio is up 1 flight of stairs
-The venue has 3x gender neutral toilets
-Low level muisc will be played through out the practice
-This practice requires the ability to move from the floor to standing
-Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
This workshop is sliding scale to, please purchase the ticket price that you are able to afford.
