ABOUT OUR PARTNERS
A Rosie Day’s innovative program is designed for parents/guardians and children aged 12 months and above. Classes are crafted to incorporate art, sensory play, technology, and engineering into early math and science exploration, following the Reggio Emilia approach.
Jono has toured internationally as a jazz musician (5000 Jazz Assassins), composed and performed music for the Broadway stage (The World Inside Me, New Victory Theater, National Tour) and taught for cultural institutions like The Juilliard School and Park Avenue Armory. Now as the parent of two young children, Jono has devoted himself to making original music that parents can enjoy as much as their kids. You can find him strumming his resonator guitar and singing at libraries and music venues around the city.
Lina Silva is a Colombian artist and educator with over 15 years of experience enriching children's lives through the arts. Holding a B.A. in Arts Education, a Master’s in Music Therapy, and a certification in Yoga and Mindfulness for kids, Lina blends her cultural heritage into every session.
A local Williamsburg studio, Artful Souls & Wellness operates with the belief that yoga and wellness should be accessible to all, offering a variety of wellness services, including yoga and workshops, as well as arts programs that provide creative outlets for community members of all ages. Their mission is to create a nurturing and inspiring environment where people can connect, heal, and grow.
Puppetsburg is a female artist–owned educational puppet company founded in 2011, bringing engaging, interactive programming to children across NYC. Their 45-minute shows blend original storytelling with music, movement, sensory play, and character interaction to support language development, early math skills, social-emotional learning, and healthy habits.
