This is a series of classes that build on each other. Your ticket covers the entire series, so it's not possible to book individual sessions.

(Please check all dates before registering and only sign up if you can attend every session. Each class builds on the previous one.)
This course uses impro theater and acting to train skills every team needs: listening, speaking without a script, handling stage fright and reacting when plans fail. You learn by doing, not from theory.
In four sessions, you work in teams. You practice presence and body language, use your voice and breath deliberately, play short scenes with a partner, and give an unprepared speech on a random topic. The course ends with an improv performance by the whole group.
Four rules guide the work: trust the group, build on what others offer ("yes, and"), make clear decisions, and treat mistakes as part of learning. You also learn a simple feedback method: what I saw, how it affected me, what to try next. You record your progress in a short journal.
