PLAY: 120 Minutes to Unlearn the Rules
Ready to shake things up? Join us for PLAY, an in-person experience where you'll spend 120 minutes breaking free from the usual and unlearning the rules that hold you back. It's all about fun, freedom, and finding new ways to think and move. Come as you are, leave with a fresh perspective!
TWO HOURS, UNLEARNING
6pm — Dinner, if you fancy it. Optional and not included. The food at OMNOM is genuinely very good, and it's the easiest way to arrive already knowing someone.
7 – 7.25pm — Light icebreakers. Get to know who is in the room, with facilitated co-regulating games.
7.25 – 7.55pm — Theory. Twenty-five minutes to really get stuck into childhood development, and the different parts of your inner world: the adult, the child and the internalised parent.
7.55 – 8.35pm — Meet your inner child. Relax into a deep dive guided meditation.
8.35 – 9pm — Paint and create. Messy, creative and flowing. You will be surprised what comes up. Includes a surprise gift.
