Welcome to Plant Your Plate: Greens @ Tampa Heights Community Garden! Join us at the garden at the 605 E Frances Ave, Tampa, FL 33602 for an in-person demonstration that will give you the opportunity to get your hands dirty and connect with fellow gardening enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to add some green to their plate. Don't miss out on this chance to grow your own greens and enjoy the fresh flavors straight from your garden!
Plan to attend every Tuesday from 9am - 10am to learn the following:
- Tuesday, January 6th – Week 1: Microirrigation
- Tuesday, January 13th – Week 2: Planting
- Tuesday, January 20th– Week 3: Fertilizing
- Tuesday, January 27th – Week 4: Pruning
- Tuesday, February 3rd – Week 5: Pest Management
- Tuesday, February 10th - Week 6: Harvesting and Seed Saving
