Plant Your Intentions | Yoga, Meditation, and Intention Setting in Orlando
Begin 2026 with clarity, presence, and purpose. Plant Your Intentions is a 90 minute immersive yoga and intention-setting experience in Orlando designed to support a gentle, grounded beginning to the year ahead.
Join me on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 10:00am at Kaleidoscope Thornton Park (712 E Washington St, Orlando, FL) for an annual gathering that invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally prepare for the energetic shift into the Year of the Horse, which begins on February 17, 2026.
We meet during the final days of the Year of the Snake, a powerful season associated with truth, release, and transformation. This is a potent window to shed old patterns and plant intentions rooted in clarity, commitment, and consistent action before momentum builds.
What to Expect
This 90 minute experience blends yoga, meditation, ritual, and reflection.
• Fire Release and Meditation 🔥
Call your power back and surrender what no longer serves you through a guided release ritual, breathwork, and meditation. It’s time to create space for what you are ready to build.
• Plant Your Intentions Ritual 🪴
You will receive a mini pot, soil, and seeds to represent your intentions for 2026. Together we will plant written intentions into the soil. As you water and tend to your plant throughout the year, it becomes a living reminder of nurturing your goals through aligned action.
• Slow Vinyasa Flow 🧘🏾♀️
An intentional, energizing yoga flow designed to nourish and strengthen the body, mind, and heart. This practice supports resilience and balance as you move through the ebbs and flows of the year ahead. All levels welcome.
• Journaling and Community Sharing 📒
Reflect on your intentions and aligned actions through guided journaling, with space to share and speak your intentions into existence in a supportive community setting.
