PitchDox, presented by Hoodox, connects Indiana documentary filmmakers and their ideas with funders, fellow filmmakers, and future audiences.Five documentary filmmaking teams will take the stage at the PitchDox Main Event to pitch their projects and compete for $40,000 in awards, made possible with generous support from the Herbert Simon Family Foundation -including a $15,000 Grand Prize, a $10,000 Audience Choice Award, and three $5,000 finalist awards.
And the Audience Choice winner is determined entirely by YOU - the audience in the room. Every ticket holder will vote in person for the project they believe should receive $10,000 to help bring their film to life. Your ticket purchase supports Hoodox and Indiana documentary filmmakers, and your presence gives you a real voice in deciding which story receives the award.
Come hear five compelling pitches, meet the filmmakers behind them, and cast your vote for the $10,000 Audience Choice Award.
Hoodox is a nonprofit organization on a mission to support and share stories that connect Hoosiers, spark conversations, and inspire positive change in Indiana.
