Pilates y Parranda is back for Vol. 8, and we’re bringing the sunset vibes to Estate Farms in Sacramento! 🌅🩷🥂
Join NFLOW for an evening of Pilates, live banda, delicious sips, food, and community.all surrounded by stunning views and a dreamy pink-and-orange sunset atmosphere.
dress code: SUNSET VIBES PINK AND ORANGE
✨ 6:00 PM — Check-In, Sip & Shop
Arrive early to explore our vendors, grab food or a drink, take photos, and settle into the beautiful setting. Vendors will offer wellness shots, matcha, prosecco, and more!
🧘♀️ 7:00–7:45 PM — Pilates
Meet us on the mat for a 45-minute NFLOW Pilates class filled with intentional movement, energizing music, and that signature parranda energy.
🎺 After Class — Let’s Parranda!
Enjoy one hour of live banda, mingle with the community, and keep the celebration going.
📸 Capture the Memories
Enjoy beautiful photo ops and stunning views, with a photographer there to capture the evening.
