About this Event
Come strengthen and stretch in this mat Pilates class that is welcoming to all levels. Learn not only some basic Pilates fundamentals, but also how to adjust each exercise to your own body's needs so you can get the most out of class. We will use small balls, bands, and weights to focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and nourishing our joints. Come to this class for movement that is safe, effective, and just the right amount of challenging.
