In this workshop, you will:

• Release tension through the feet, lower back, upper back, neck and legs

What to bring:

• Mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in
• Bring a small pillow and a water bottle
• A towel
• Bare feet or socks
