Come and Join the Rebuild Health community for a beginner-friendly Matted Pilates session with Steph at Elim Church East Ham,
Our expert trainer will guide you through an amazing workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more motivated. Get ready to move your body, connect with others and have fun!

What to expect:
- A 45 minute Pilate class which is beginner friendly
- A space to feel strong, laughter and workout
- A class for all abilities
Need to Know:
- You won't need any equipment (We will bring it all)
- The session will be tailored to all abilities
- Your trainer (Stephaine) will make the session welcoming and easy for beginners

Steph is a physiotherapist, Pilates Instrctor and founder of Balanced by Steph, a wellness programme specialising in women’s health, and pre- and postnatal care. With a passion for prioritising education, Steph empowers clients to move confidently, build strength, and achieve lasting wellness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
