About this Event
Experience mindful movement when you join us for our monthly invigorating Pilates sessions amidst the scenic views of TMC Helix Park. Tonyé Lynch, MPH, CHES, your friendly neighborhood pilates instructor and owner of SYNCD Pilates, will guide you through 45- minutes of full-body mat Pilates.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Pilates, this class is perfect for all skill levels and those who are looking to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
Please bring a mat and a towel. Blocks will be provided to assist with modifications and progressions.
Donations will be accepted during the time of the event and will be available for you and your guests. All proceeds benefit the Texas Medical Center Foundation.
