Come join me for an evening of Pilates & Pumpkins.
We’ll start with a Pilates session to get us all moving with control and breathing with intention.
Afterwards, it’s time to get creative and paint your own pumpkin.
Tickets are £20.00 and includes:
- A 45 minute mat Pilates class
- Your own pumpkin and all painting supplies
- Pizza & snacks to share
- Goodie bag
All you need to do is BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
