We’re back! Join us for Pilates & Picnic! A feel-good morning designed for women who want to move their bodies, connect, and enjoy a beautiful day in the park.
We’ll start with a rejuvenating Pilates session led by Nickie of AngelicCore Stretch, then relax and socialize picnic-style with light bites and good company. Think wellness, community, and a soft Sunday reset. 💖
