Imagine walking into a fashion school ( FIF) empty handy and leaving with a beautiful two-piece pajama set you made yourself!
In this hands-on sewing workshop at the Fashion Institute of Florida, participants will create a stylish pajama set featuring comfortable shorts and a feminine camisole finished with lace details.
Guided step-by-step by an experienced professional, you’ll learn essential cutting, sewing, and garment-construction techniques while completing an actual wearable project. You’ll gain experience working with patterns, cutting fabric accurately, assembling garments, creating clean finishes, and adding beautiful lace details.
But you’ll leave with more than pajamas. The techniques you learn can be applied to future sewing projects, giving you practical skills and greater confidence to continue creating on your own.
You’ll learn while you make—and leave wearing something you’re proud to say you created yourself.

PROJECTS: One completed pajama set including shorts and camisole top.
SUPPLIES: All fabrics, and notions for both projects will be provided.
PREREQUISITES: Sewing 101 workshop here, or basic sewing experience needed.
