Phil Crosby Sings!
Phil Crosby jr and his jazz friends performing Jazz standards and American songbook selections!
Phil Crosby jr. is a performing artist, vocalist, multi instrumentalist, and jazz bandleader who has been appearing in film, television, and onstage for most of his life. He started in entertainment at the age of eight, appearing on television and as a young man joined a rock and roll band performing in Hollywood and greater Los Angeles singing and playing blues harmonica.
He then traveled the world learning the guitar, ukulele, and world percussion, studied light opera and chorale singing before finally following his in famous family’s legacy and stepping into American popular song and Jazz music! Phil’s paternal grandfather is the Hollywood icon and legendary singer and Academy award winning movie star, Bing Crosby. His father and uncles performed in Las Vegas showrooms as well as starred in films with Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack, and Phil sr. also toured with Bob Hopes U.S.O. during the Vietnam war.
Since the day he took on the mantel of three generations of entertainment he has dedicated himself to promoting the arts and honoring his small part of the great American songbooks’ storied history by sharing his love for jazz music, the standards, and American song. He considers it an honor to keep alive the tradition of the ‘jazz crooner’ and the elegance and sophistication that lives on in our memory of the golden age of American film, the Broadway stage, television and music.
Performing with jazz and swing combos as well as big bands around the world, Phil also produces his own cabaret events and variety shows as well as a much loved Christmas show! Phil hopes to continue to honor his grandfathers legacy as well as inspire younger audiences and artists alike to embrace the 20th century’s, and America’s, greatest contributions to the art world, that is; the American songbook, classic cinema, jazz/blues and all Americana!

Offering everything from straight-ahead and BeBop to Latin, experimental, R&B, electronic and global jazz, as well as spoken word, Birds of a Feather Jazz Lounge often mixes both old-school legends and the next generation of LA’s finest musicians. It’s a spot that aims to capture a classic, unique jazz lounge vibe.
Performances at Birds of a Feather Jazz Lounge happen Tuesdays through Sundays, depending on who has booked, and shows benefit selected charity and non-profit organizations.

Au Lac’s full menu is available inside the club. There is no minimum, but we would appreciate your purchases!
Au Lac is a non-alcoholic restaurant. We serve nice mock-tails in the venue. And the good news is that all ages can attend or perform there! If you're wanting alcohol before or after the event, The Conrad is a lovely bar just across the front of Disney hall, just a block away.
