About this Event
What does it truly mean to feel strong?Join performers, models, and wellness professionals from The Perfect Storm @Hibiscus_ibiza—Gemma (@well.beingwild), Coco (@darlingcocokolin), and heart nurse Izzy (@grooveforu)—at The Soap Factory for an uplifting afternoon of raw conversation, live demonstrations, and high-energy movement exploring the deep connection between physical activity and mental wellbeing. We often focus on what a workout does to the outside, but the real magic happens in how it supports our minds. In this open, honest conversation, Gemma and Coco will dive into their personal fitness journeys, sharing why they work out and how moving their bodies keeps them mentally grounded. They’ll also explore how the exact same exercise can look and feel completely different from person to person—and why that unique variation is exactly what makes all bodies so incredible. What to Expect:
- The Q&A: An open discussion with Gemma and Coco on fitness, body positivity, and mental resilience.
- Live Movement Demo: Watch Gemma and Coco swap routines and test each other's exercises to show how movements adapt to different body types. (Don't be shy—you'll have the chance to come up and have a go!)
- The Grand Finale: Izzy (@grooveforu), a heart nurse and performer, will wrap up the session with a high-energy, seriously silly, and deeply expressive aerobics session designed to bring pure fun and leave you on an absolute high.
You’ll leave with practical tips on how to translate these exercises into your own routine, feeling inspired, uplifted, and ready to celebrate your own unique strength.
