Please note that from May- August 2026 , sessions will be running on the second saturday of the month (but we will be resuming our usual first saturday of the month schedule from September 2026 onwards)
People with Voices was founded in 2018 to provide a welcoming space for people of all ages to come together to create art collectively. The first saturday of every month the creative workshop is based around a theme, and the group takes part in a number of creative exercises which stimulate open discussion, making and poetry jamming. The ethos of the sessions is based around shared values of community, organic creativity and exploration.
The workshops are run by local Poppy Kanu (@rayofpoppy) who enjoys writing songs and poems and loves holding the sessions as a way for her to connect with people locally and explore what creatvity is in the calming space of Palmers Green Library.
