About this Event
Join Our Pelvic Floor Workshop!
Nobody hands you a manual for what happens to your body after pregnancy, and most of us just figure it out through trial, error, and a lot of Googling at 1am.
That's why we're sitting down with Dr. Kelly Yates of Pelv RX Physical Therapy for a straightforward conversation about the pelvic floor.
She'll cover what it actually is, why it matters more than most of us realize, and how it connects to things you might not expect, like back pain, posture, and yes, the stuff nobody talks about at playdates.
This one's for every Frederick County mom who's ever wondered "is this normal" and just kept moving instead of asking.
Thursday, October 15h | 7 PM | Pelv RX, 411 Aviation Way Ste 245, Frederick, MD
$15 per person, 20 spots available.
Come with questions. Come with none. Either way, you'll leave knowing more about your own body than you did walking in.
