About this Event

Patriots, Stefano Righi’s photography book published by Skira, is a work exploring Milan’s contemporary nightlife culture. Through a high-contrast noir aesthetic, Righi captures the raw theatricality of clubbing and the vulnerable intimacy of dawn.
The images in Patriots are the result of an encounter. Patriots is a social project because it stems from a radical philosophical question: What does it mean, today, to be true to oneself? The people portrayed are not symbols, not categories, not representations. They are realities. Individual truths.
