About this Event

Join us for a thrilling evening with award-winning author Patrick Radden Keefe as we celebrate London Falling. An astonishing piece of investigative reporting following a family tragedy which exposed a culture of power, greed and deception that have transformed London into a haven for malignant forces.
Patrick Radden Keefe is one of the most powerful writers of non-fiction at work today, the author of previous international prize-winners Say Nothing and Empire of Pain. His most recent book takes as its starting point the death of a young man on the banks of the River Thames in 2019: Zac Brettler, who fell to his death from a high-rise apartment building on Millbank. This broadens into a panoramic view of contemporary London-- its sinister economic realities, its underworld and its social patterning—that is darkly unforgettable. Hear the author talk about London Falling with writer Sathnam Sanghera in this very special event.

Please Note: The Book & Ticket option includes a copy of London Falling (RRP £22) to be collected on the night.
