December 8th: Drop Zone: The Engineering ChallengeGet ready to explore the invisible force all around us and discover how engineers use air, motion, and design to solve problems. Students will investigate concepts like air resistance, gravity, and impact forces as they design, build, and test their own egg drop inventions. Through trial and error, students will apply the engineering design process to create a device that protects an egg from a high-impact landing.
We invite all students ages 11-14 to our Pathways program. With these workshops, home school students will design, build, and test new challenges. These challenges will help students explore career pathways across STEM disciplines. Each month in our workshops, we'll explore a new topic.
